Aleigo (1846679 ONTARIO INC) provides IT and telecom services, including VoIP, managed IT services, and cybersecurity solutions. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities while using our services.

2. Services Provided

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Cloud PBX and VoIP services
• Managed IT services
• Cybersecurity and data protection
• IoT solutions and PLC automation

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our services but cannot guarantee it due to potential technical issues or maintenance.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that your use does not harm Aleigo or other users.
• Unauthorized resale, distribution, or misuse of services is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Payment and Fees

• All services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional fees, and accounts past due by more than 45 days may be suspended or terminated.
• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other authorized methods.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in compliance with Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Service Limitations

• VoIP services may not support emergency calls (911) unless verified and subscribed. You are responsible for maintaining an alternative means of contacting emergency services.
• Service availability may depend on your internet connection, and interruptions may occur due to external factors beyond our control.

 

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful activities. Termination does not relieve you of the obligation to pay outstanding fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Aleigo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aleigo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
